We could say that it was by surprise, but far from it, since the official presentation was on June 13, more than three weeks ago. And is that Apple today launched the second beta of all its upcoming operating systems. The launch of the second beta of iOS 10 has been followed by the launches of the also second beta of tvOS 10.0, watchOS 3.0 and macOS Mountain range. The updates are now available from their respective download paths, such as the Software center for macOS or via OTA for watchOS.
Being in such an early stage interesting news is expected for all operating systems. It could be said that in the first betas of any operating system that system is tested, but some functions are also tested. In this way, there are many things that are and could disappear in future versions and many that are missing that could already appear in this second beta.
Beta 2 reaches all Apple operating systems
We remember some of the news that will be in the next apple operating systems, such as the universal clipboard, Apple Pay on the web or Siri for macOS, performance improvement, chart multitasking or WatchOS 3.0 Control Center or the smartest Siri and dark mode in tvOS 10.
On the other hand, and if there are no surprises, the launches of the next versions of Apple's operating systems will take place in September for both watchOS 3.0 and tvOS 10, two releases that should arrive at the same time as iOS 10, and about October for macOS Sierra, as long as they follow the same roadmap that they have followed in recent years. The only operating system that will leave devices on the way is the operating system for computers and macOS Sierra will only be able to use some (not all) computers released from late 2009 to the most current.
