A large number of Apple employees come to the facilities with the many buses that Apple makes available to employees and depart from San Francisco. Unfortunately some of these buses suffered, during the past week, a series of attacks, by people who have not yet been identified, resulting in glass breakage.
As Mashable has been able to confirm, Apple has confirmed the incidents but the company had not reported the damage so far that the buses had suffered, damage caused presumably after the throwing of objects, rocks almost certainly. These incidents not only cause damage to vehicles, but also put the lives of the driver and passengers at risk.
To try to avoid further problems, the Cupertino-based company the route used by buses from San Francisco has changed to Apple's facilities, avoiding Highway 280. Apple has warned workers that this rerouting can add 45 minutes to normal commute time, so until the police can identify those responsible, the workers who use of this transport service they will have to get up early.
At the moment it is not clear because Apple is being targeted by these criminal protests.
