Shared albums arrive on Google Photos

Along with the launch of the latest Nexus, Google announced that the shared album feature would be coming to Google Photos in a short time, at the end of this year 2015. If they delayed a little more we would have gotten into 2016, but it hasn't been Thus, Google has been true to its words and the company has begun to deploy this new function in both the iOS and Android applications, without forgetting the application's web client. Creating shared albums will be quite easy as we will appreciate in your instructional video. We will simply send the album link to our friends or family and they will be able to access it with their Google account to edit it. All users who are part of a shared album will receive notifications about it.

Additionally, photos that other people add to any competing album will be accessible for us to save in our own photo library. Like we have already said, this feature will begin to roll out progressively throughout the day. It seems that Google Photos is not having the reception that the Google guys expected, especially considering that it will be an easily accessible service from Android and that the applications for PC and iOS are really successful.

Apparently people do not fully trust these automatic photography cloud services, however, from my point of view they are an almost essential service today, where the storage of our devices is increasingly limited by large files and applications. Google Photos and iCloud Photos can be very helpfulAlso for those cases when we lose the device, having our iPhone correctly automated for uploading photos, we make sure to lose as little information as possible. And you, do you use iCloud Photos or Google Photos? For its part, Dropbox has decided to end support for Carrousel, its attempt at an automated application for managing our photos in the cloud.

What excellent news, I always use Google Photos, it has many advantages. The bad thing about iCloud is that it is very, very little space and Google provides much more and on top of that, photos and videos do not occupy that space.

The concept of this new feature reminds me of Facebook Moments, which I love as it is very easy to share photos with the people you love.
