Some users have trouble saving cards in Apple Pay

Apple Pay

In the Apple support forums, cases of users with an iPhone 6 are appearing that, after restoring their terminal, are unable to add your credit cards to Apple Pay. When trying, iOS returns an error saying that the payment method could not be added and that they try again or contact the credit card issuer.

Seeing that the problem was on the iPhone and not on the card, some users have gone to an Apple Store to try to fix the problem. In the end they have come out with the bug fixed but the solution has been to give that client a new terminal.

As reported in the Apple support forums, not even the store workers were able to re-insert the card credit on that restored iPhone 6, regardless of whether the restore was clean or from a backup.

Obviously, Apple Pay is a feature that is added to the purchase of an iPhone 6 so if you cannot enjoy it, the company is obliged to solve the problem for you somehow, even if that consists of giving you a new terminal.

Apparently, the problem could be in the security protocols of Apple Pay to manage the cards when the iPhone is restored. Until this is solved, Apple will have to resort to offering new terminals to users although unfortunately, some of those iPhone 6 are already refurbished, something that may not please those who had their cell phone pristine.

It is assumed that in Spain we still cannot know because there is not that option, right?
