Super Mario Run falls from top 50 highest grossing iOS apps

Super Mario Run

As Android users prepare to enjoy Super Mario Run, which is scheduled to launch in March, the plumber's whirlwind has already lost practically all the bellows with which it came exclusively to the Apple application store. Many have been the users who have criticized that this game had such a high price, 10 euros, to be able to play all the episodes that it offered us, which may force Nintendo to rethink the game by offering in-app purchases instead for all those users who want to continue enjoying new levels.

Super Mario Run hit the App Store on December 15, reaching 40 million downloads in just four days and becoming one of the fastest-growing games to achieve $ 36 million in sales. Super Mario Run, does not have purchases within the application, so, as expected, the income that it is currently generating has dropped a lot compared to the initial hype. The only option available to continue enjoying the full game is to pay 10 euros It costs, an amount that, as I have commented above, escapes the understanding of many users, no matter how loyal they are to Mario.

According to data provided by SensorTower, the application has just lowered the bar for the 50 applications that make the most money in the App store, a position that it had maintained practically since its launch, a month and five days ago. In the graph, we can see how the first five days, the application was an overwhelming success, but As the days went by, the interest and money it generated decreased. Nintendo's next bet is Fire Emblem: Heroes, whose launch is scheduled for February 2, although it will first arrive on the Android platform and later on iOS.

What a shame!! So it is with everything, we are such rats ... that we do not spend € 10 for a complete game, but then we do not mind spending 100/200 on tobacco, alcohol, etc etc etc. Well, nothing .. to continue with the in-app games from € 0'99 to € 99 so better .. you do not pay those € 10 and you will pay 40 times more, if you want to advance.

I would pay even more if the game was worth it but it is not like that, the comparison seems excessive to me.

It is worth every penny, of course if you don't like it .. you won't download or buy it, it's super cool! The only downside that I would put it ... is that it should be a free one, that is, move wherever you want, the point is that we prefer to have one-app games and that is shameful! Why is this what we get thanks to those people who do not spend a penny, for several years now ... I downloaded a game and deleted it at the moment ... why did I go from games with integrated purchases, it is a full-blown scam , as is happening with console games etc and that happens because we want it that way

If it were in free mode, I would pay up to 15 or 20 euros, but this is quite frustrating and it IS NOT A MARIO. I want to go backwards! Who came up with this automatic pilot bullshit?

Well, if with a little game they have taken out 36 million in a month, they take 1 every month and multiply hehehe
