Apple officially introduced Support last November. It is a new support service for users through an iOS application through which users' doubts or complaints are answered through iPhone or iPad. At first, the app was only launched in the Netherlands. However, now the news is that it is already available to download in Spain completely free of charge. As we discussed a few months ago, in Apple Support the user has useful links to different help articles and guides. Access to services such as AppleCare is also provided.
The application is available in Spanish, but knowing Apple's technical service helps to use the platform in a much easier way. What the company led by Tim Cook did was adapt its support website to move it to mobile devices. Apple Support is now available in the App Store totally free and in Spanish. Apple ensures in the description of the new Support application that users will be able to instantly communicate with an expert by phone, chat or email, to help them answer all their questions. In addition, through this new application it is also possible to schedule a support call, for when users can speak calmly, or even request a repair at the Apple Store closest to our location. The application comes to alleviate one of the great deficiencies that Apple had in its assistance service. The different support channels that the company made available to its customers did not include the telematic version via application, but from now on the problem has been solved.
In addition to this new application, Apple device users will be able to contact the company directly from its website or through the official Twitter account dedicated to answering technical questions from people.
