Of course you can do groups (up to 100 people) to talk to your family or friends.

I remember having a program on my PC called Trillian that grouped Messenger, ICQ and I don't know what other messaging platform of the time in a single program. So if you had friends scattered across all those platforms, you could talk to them from a single program.
I would like to see a similar app one day, which allows you to connect to WhatsApp, LINE, and other messaging platforms and be an all-in-one.
