The Apple Music website comes out of the beta version and is officially launched

Apple Music has become a music service that millions of users use every day. More than 60 million users pay the subscription month by month to access all the music available on the service. However, users were missing a online platform in which you can use the service if you do not have an Apple device. Therefore, the big apple launched a web portal in the form of a beta version in which Apple Music could be used in a browser. Finally, that version is no longer a beta and Apple officially launches the Apple Music web app.

Use Apple Music on the web app officially

Apple has wanted to choose a moment as turbulent as is the crisis due to COVID-19 to move tab with Apple Music. The sector music streaming is growing during these months of confinement by the different states of alarm around the world. So having a music service can be essential to kill time.

In the official Apple Music web app (music.apple.com) we can live a similar experience to the one we can have with the official app. With a single change: it only requires a browser for its correct operation. On the side we have a search engine and three tabs with different content. They are "For you", "Explore" and "Radio", with their respective recommendation and new music discovery functions.

The web app has small details that make the difference, such as the synchronization between macOS and the app. If your macOS has dark mode activated, the web will be in dark mode. However, if we are in normal mode, the web version of Apple Music will be dressed in light and white tones to suit the state in which you want to see your computer.

In addition, Apple has taken the opportunity to sell us One World: Together At Home. It is a documentary presented by Apple Music in collaboration with Global Citizien and the World Health Organization to support the fight against COVID-19:

The poster, in whose selection Lady Gaga has participated, brings together stars of the caliber of Billie Elish, Andrea Bocelli, Chris Martin, Elton John, FINNEAS, J Balvin, John Legend, Kacey Musgraves, Lizzo, Maluma, Paul McCartney and Stevie Wonder and It will also include interviews with public health experts. The program will be broadcast live around the world, will serve to raise donations for organizations, food banks and manufacturers of essential products during the crisis.
