On July 6, the animated film Cars 2 opens in Spain in which Lightning McQueen, Mater and the rest of the characters travel to distant places to compete in the World Grand Prix that will decide who is the fastest car in the world. To liven up the wait until the premiere, Disney has published the official game of the film in which the racing genre is mixed with that of platforms.
These are the main features of the Cars 2 game:
- Platforms and races: timing is everything. Tap to jump, double tap to jump higher. Use checkpoints, ramps, and grapples to your advantage.
- Play with four players- Play as Mater, Lightning McQueen or Holley Shiftwell. Unlock Spymaster Finn McMissile as you progress through the game.
- Compete around the world: Compete in three locations inspired by the new movie, including the mysterious Oil Rig, the streets of Tokyo and the bridges of London.
- Pixar special powers: multiply your score by collecting fuel canisters. Get your life back by collecting wrenches.
- Devious Dangers- Be attentive and jump on objects that will slow you down.
The Cars 2 video game is available in a paid version that costs 0,79 euros although you also have the Lite version for free.
