According to analyst William Yang of JP Morgan (Via Apple Insider), Apple is adjusting some of the forecasts of the current iPhone 12 series and the next iPhone 13 series and that it will go on to make more iPhone 12 Pro Max, iPhone 12 Pro and even will increase the production of the iPhone 11.
El iPhone 12 has not had the demand either that from Apple they expected. According to analysts, Apple has cut production of the iPhone 12 by 9 million units. Both the iPhone 12 and the iPhone 12 Pro are quite similar in features, with the former having a better demand despite being $ 200 more expensive.
Due to the low demand it is having in the market, Yang says that the supply chain of the iPhone 12 mini could stop manufacturing it by the second quarter of 2021.
Yang also claims that Tim Cook's company could launch the 3rd generation iPhone SE in the first half of 2022, with a design very similar to the one it shows today and that also could launch a low-cost version of the iPhone 11 sometime next year.
