The MagSafe Duo, in Spanish the MagSafe double charger, is designed to allow us to charge both our iPhone and Apple Watch when we are traveling, due to its small size and folding system, so it fits in any hole. This charger, which is not yet available on the market, does not include a power adapter, so at 149 euros, we have to add another 25 euros at least.
We have to add another 25 euros for a 20W power adapter if we want our iPhone to charge at 11W. If we want it to charge at 14W, we need an adapter of at least 27W, which will allow us to charge the iPhone at 14W. According to Mark Gurman, Apple has added this new information to the MagSafe Duo description.
Wow, Apple has just updated the MagSafe Duo page. The $ 129 charger only gets you 11 watts for charging with a 20 watt brick, or 14 watts with a 27 watt brick. That compares to 15 watts you get with the solo MagSafe charger. pic.twitter.com/Z9iWM4PGpU

Curiously, this recommendation is only available in the American Apple Store. In the Spanish Apple Store, at the time of publishing this article, these recommendations of chargers to opt for a different charging power, is not available.
The individual MagSafe charging base, if it offers a 15W charging power using a 20W adapter (not included with the charging base) on iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro models.
If we want to charge our iPhone and Apple Wath together with the 14W MagSafe double charger, we will have to buy the 30W adapter that Apple offers us for 55 euros, or opt for any other model with a power equal to or greater than 27W that we can currently find on the market.
Although it is already available on the website, the MagSafe Duo Charger still cannot be booked and at the moment we know without knowing the date on which it can be done. If at the price of the device, 149 euros, we add another 55 euros of the 30W charger to take advantage of the maximum power, is clearly at a disadvantage with other models from brands such as Nomad, Belkin or Mophie.
