The Korean company Samsung has just introduced the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4, a tablet geared towards productivity and that it really does offer us multitasking functions to attract the business environment. All this is possible thanks to Samsung DeX, a device that the company launched last year for the Galaxy S8 and Note 8 and that turned it into a common computer.
This time the Samsung DeX is integrated into the keyboard that can be purchased separately and that turns the Tab S4 into a computer to which we can also connect a mouse. In Samsung DeX mode, we can open up to 20 windows together and each and every one of them can be moved and resized to any part of the screen.
The screen of the Tab S4 is one of its strengths, since it uses Super AMOLED technology, it is 10,5 inches with an aspect ratio of 16:10 and a resolution of 2560 x 1600 dpi, with reduced side bezels as the home button has been completely removed. Instead, in order to identify the rightful owner, the company uses facial recognition and iris scanning, as well as being able to use a security code.
Inside the Galaxy Tab S4 we find the processor Latest generation Snapdragon 835, although it was introduced last year, accompanied by 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage, storage that we can expand using microSD cards. At the rear we find a 13 mpx rear camera, while the front reaches 8 mpx. The charging port is USB-C type and the connection to the official keyboard, which allows the tablet to be used as a computer, is similar to the one offered by the iPad Pro.
