However, when the closure has been made effective today and since then, we can read the same message in the online Apple Store as on previous occasions when new products have been added to the catalog and that affirms that "something special" is on the way.
It seems unlikely, therefore, that this hypothetical event that was talked about a few weeks ago will finally take place, limiting itself to introducing the new devices without great showmanship. All this to practically one week of the day that Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S8, his next big bet in the territory of smartphones and that looks really good for Apple's eternal rival.
This move by Cook and company has caught many off guard who, as I mentioned before, predicted a mere internal change in the online Apple Store. Why put the padlock on the platform for five hours if only a few products are going to be added? We are not able to make much sense of it, beyond generating expectation and that the levels of hyping begin to ascend. And it is that, although something is suspected, this device update is surrounded by great mystery due to the null confirmations that have been in this regard.
We have seen a few leaks that pointed to the iPad Pro as the protagonist of this period, with new models and screen formats on the way, in addition to possible changes in the internal storage of iPhones and an unusual iPhone 7 Product (RED) in a vibrant red color. We will leave doubts at the end of this morning, but everything indicates that, yes, we will have new products today from Apple.
