Throughout 2016 we have informed you of Apple's intention to record a reality show related to the application developers of its ecosystem, a reality show that would offer a prize of 10 million dollars in investments, never in cash, something that does not end to make a lot of sense, but given the secrecy surrounding most of Apple's future plans, it is very likely that from rumor to reality there is a big difference. According to sources related to this reality show, the Cupertino-based company has already finished recording it, a recording that began last November.
This reality show has been produced by Ben Silverman, Howard Owens and William Adams, better known as will.i.am and has certain similarity with other reality shows like La Voz. The first rumors about the company's intentions to fully immerse itself in this production appeared in July of last year, when Apple created an open casting in search of skinners in San Francisco, Austin, New York and Los Angeles to participate in a selection to be held in November. Around 100.000 applications signed up to participate, but only 100 were selected for the recording.
The selected developers met with four influencers in the business world such as Gary Vaynerchuk, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jessica Alba and will.i.am. From this interview the developers would obtain a great amount of ideas and values for their applications. In addition to the influencers, lDevelopers have had to get ahead of Thursdays in the style of other reality shows, very famous judges all over the world. Once the recording has finished, all the rumors suggest that Apple could present this series at the next developer conference for this year, a conference that will be held throughout the month of June.
