Santa Claus sure has an iPhone. Here the Magi throw more Android, but in the US the figures are devastating. The number of new terminals that have been activated in the United States have come to light and almost half, 43%, are iPhones and iPads.
I will not enter into the controversy that if a robotico smartphone or apple is better. In the end, it is a very personal matter and we all have our part of reason when praising or criticizing one system or another. The point is that according to these data, half of the Yankees prefer Apple. If we analyze the models on this list, we will see some very curious data.

- iPhone 7 - 3.31%
- iPhone 8 - 3.10%
- iPhone 11 Pro Max - 3.01%
- iPhone 8 Plus - 2.97%
- iPhone 6 Plus - 2.95%
- iPhone 7 Plus - 2.35%
- iPhone X - 2.23%
Looking at the models, we can draw several conclusions at first glance. It is logical that the best-selling device is the new iPhone 11 presented just three months ago. But the iPhone 11 Pro does not appear on the list, the top of the range of the new Apple smartphones of 2019. It should not be by price, but by size, since its older brother, bigger, does appear in fifth place and more expensive, the iPhone 11 Pro Max.
It's easy to guess that Americans are into big screens. At a similar price, they prefer a larger older model than a newer one with fewer inches. From the fifth to the eighth are the models with the largest screens.
A couple more things: only four iPhones have Face ID, the remaining five are older designs with Touch ID. And finally, it is curious to see how the iPhone 6 Plus has crept into this list, ahead of the iPhone X. A model that can no longer be updated to iOS 13. The big donkey, whether it walks or not….
