Video calls about to arrive on WhatsApp

When voice calls to WhatsApp landed, from Facebook they assured that the next important step for the messaging platform would be to offer a video calling service. Well, it seems that WhatsApp is already giving the final touches to be able to launch its new video calling service among the users of the platform according to the images that the German publication German Apple Blog has just filtered, an image that we show you below.

According to the publication, WhatsApp it would allow us to switch between the different conversations through a kind of tabs And like FaceTime, Skype, Viber and the rest of the platforms that offer us video calls, they would be available through a Wi-Fi connection and through a data connection, although through this type of connection, it is likely that our data rate will be fades quickly.

As we can see the picture above, the video call would be full screen, with a small window where our image would be located, a window that we could apparently move around the screen at will to place it where it is most comfortable for us, just like we can do in FaceTime. Regarding the controls available during the video call, we could only disconnect the microphone, hang up the call or change the camera that is broadcasting the video.

These screenshots have been made on the internal version of WhatsApp with version number 2.12.16.2. Currently the most recent version of WhatsApp available in the App Store is number 2.12.12. If the internal compilation number of WhatsApp follows any relationship with that of the final version, it may not take us long to receive this update with the main novelty of video calls between users completely free.

What an illusion .. You better start changing the interface and innovate in something that others do not have, why I no longer use whatsapp. I use telegram and I advise you all! It is much faster, it allows you to have free stickers, you can access the cache, etc.
