I am not much of Emojis. Perhaps because I am from another generation, and this has come late, or simply because of tastes. I find it more fun to send an animated GIF than a little icon. But for tastes, the colors ... or the Emojis.
Apple just announced a new pack of Emojis with 217 new designs. It is not that they have gone crazy designing emoticons, it is that it is the combination of different couples who love each other, with six different skin tones….
Apple just showed us a new pack of Emojis that it plans to add to a future iOS 14 update next year, or maybe it is already iOS 15. It is a set of Emojis, most of couples in love with the combination of different skin tones.
Due to these combinations, there will be a total of 217 new Emojis. What I do not quite understand very well is that if they have already been approved by the Unicode Consortium, they cannot be available until next year.
It's Emoji version 13.1
And luckily it is an addition to the collection of Emojis of the version 13.1. If it gets into the Emoji 14 catalog, we don't see them on our devices until 2022.
This pack called Emoji 13.1 consists of a burning heart, a bandaged heart, a face in clouds, an exhaling face and a face with spiral eyes. The rest of the emojis until completing the 217 leaves from an emoji that is a couple of individuals who love each other, with a heart in the middle.
But since this couple can be of six different skin tones each, then pull, to make combinations. Total, 217 new emojis in one pack.
In the recent update to iOS 14 and iPadOS 14, Apple already included the latest Emoji pack, (Emoji 13.0), with 117 new animal characters and various objects. So if you are into the roll of communicating with emoticons, currently you already have something to bore.
