I think that you should not put that certain programs do not work well since the problem may be the application that is not yet adapted to iOS 12 I mean the applications that you have named fortnite, netflix, movistar + that may be the fault of the app and not of the beta

Almost totally agree with Juan, I could make a not exactly short list with games and other applications that do not suit me or that crash as soon as I enter or during use.
I understand that there are some applications, such as Netflix, Fortnite, Twitter, etc., that are used by many people and that you want to mention them, but that does not mean that the beta has fixed bugs with those apps. As Juan says, they may simply not be optimized for iOS 12 and for whatever reason, with this beta, they won't go too bad.

In short, Apple developers are not looking to see if Twitter, Movistar + or Skype works, they optimize and fix bugs in the operating system, nothing more.

Personally, it gives me failures with the apple watch, it is not going well at all since I installed version 12 and with the beta even worse
I hope they solve it as soon as possible
