Yesterday was one of the most important days for Apple in the last decade. In the inaugural keynote of WWDC 2023, iOS 17, iPadOS 17, macOS Sonoma, tvOS 17 and watchOS 10 were presented, the new operating systems of the Big Apple and new products crowned with virtual reality glasses: the Vision Pro. of iOS 17 fell mainly on day-to-day actions, a new Diary application and very interesting news in Phone, Messages and FaceTime, for example. Besides, Apple has already published the iPhones that will be compatible with iOS 17 and the iPhone 8 and iPhone X are left out.
A long list of iPhones compatible with iOS 17
Many new products that are added in new operating systems require high power. This power is achieved thanks to the integrated processors created by Apple within the A range. On this occasion, iOS 17 requires an A12 Bionic chip or higher, which means that some iPhones compatible with iOS 16 will no longer be compatible with iOS 17.
In fact, they are the iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X which do not have compatibility with iOS 17. Therefore, the list of iPhone compatible with the new Apple iOS 17 would look like this:

Remember the first betas of iOS 17, iPadOS 17 and the rest of the operating systems It was published just after finishing the keynote yesterday and the developers can already start testing the news. Within a month or so, Apple will publish a public beta so that all users (non-developers) can enjoy these functions in advance and collaborate with Apple in debugging operating systems.
