TSMC will be the exclusive supplier of the chip for the iPhone 7

According to the latest leaks, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, better known as TSMC, has recently reached an agreement to become the only supplier of the processor that will use the future iPhone 7. This is good news to silence all the rumors that emerged about the Samsung and TSMC chips with the past iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus that displeased more than one customer and gave rise to the typical theories that each Apple product generates in the networks. One less controversy for the future iPhone 7, although we have no doubt that if it is not for one thing, it will be for another.

TSMC has finally been the favorite for Apple according to reports The Electronic Times, a South Korean news network. Likewise, the data suggest that TSMC will start production of the «A10» chip at the beginning of June of this same year, with the intention of meeting the demand for the iPhone 7 that the company orders to assemble. TSMC has so far produced the A8s for the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, however, Samsung returned to the fray with the production of the A9 chip for the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, which generated great controversy as many of you know.

Last year, some tests showed that the TSMC chip performed slightly better than Samsung's, also providing greater autonomy to the device. However, they are trifles, and we do not believe that Apple has opted for TSMC for this reason, but for other more relevant and unknown. For now, Samsung seems to be dissociating itself to a large extent from Apple, although we do not yet have knowledge of the chip that will include the iPhone 5se device that will be presented on March 15 and for which we will be attentive with the intention that you do not miss anything at all.
