Once again, the week ends and in iPad News we return with this week's most important updates in the App Store. It should be noted that this week the "Updates" section of the Apple application store has been very quiet. However, we have chosen some applications that have been updated with new features. These are the applications that we are going to talk to you about in the Updates of the Week of this week - worth the redundancy: Spotify, the most used platform for listening to music; procreate, the most used application to create illustrations on the iPad; Badlands, one of the best games on the App Store; Y Jet Pack Joyride, another game that we were talking about the other day also in Actualidad iPad.
Spotify
As I have mentioned, Spotify is one of the most used platforms for listening to music on almost any device we have at home: computers, mobiles, tablets ... And this week, it has released version 0.9.1 for iDevices:
- IPad navigation improvements: We will find different playlists and also, it is the same navigation system as the one available in the iPhone application.
- Follow friends and artists: This is a new feature only available at the moment on the iPad. It allows us to follow our friends and artists. What do we get out of this? That it appears in the feed, the songs they listen to, their friends, new songs they publish (in the case of artists) ...
- Anonymous listening: From now on, we can hide what songs we listen to so that our friends do not know.
- Various improvements and bug fixes
Procreate
Yesterday I was talking about the version 2.0 of this application and as I found it to be a very good update, I want us to analyze it again:
- Redesign: The application has completely modified its design for Apple's new mobile operating system: iOS 7 and supporting 64 bitsthat we can enjoy on the new iPads.
- New GPU settings: Procreate 2 has included new adjustments y effectssuch as: Gaussian blur, focus, noise, hue, saturation, brightness, color balance and curves ...
- Aerodynamic galleries: In the same way, version 2.0 of Procreate comes with a new improved document loading which works much better in addition to a new group design with the option to share documents with groups created within the application.
- Redesigned icon: If you look at the Procreate icon, it has changed with respect to the version, in the background we have a gradient and in the center an improved “pen” with gradients of different colors.

I often talk about the best games on the App Store, but for me, there are many good games available on the App Store. One of my favorites is Badland, a game in which we have to pass screens through a fantastic world with a totally different monster. These are the improvements in this update:
- 10 new levels with lasers
- 30 new missions
- New ending: Day II: The night
- 7 new possible achievements
- Improved scores and checkpoints
jetpack Joyride
Finally, we are going to see a new update of the game jetpack Joyride available in the App Store for iDevices:
- SAM: Jetpack Joyride features a new vehicle called the Super Mechanical Appendix (SAM). To get this vehicle we will have to get three special tokens each day. When we have these three tokens, we can control the vehicle, but they will send us a batch of missiles that they will commission against us.
- Rewards: Thanks to the SAM, the developers of Jetpack Joyride have hidden special rewards that we can activate through some bottles that we will find in the levels / games.
- Sled: If we were talking about SAM before, now we are talking about this new vehicle that has come to Jeypack Joyride: Sled. With this vehicle we can tune it with the robots of Santa Claus. It will only be available during the month of December through an in-App-Purchase within the application.
