Use AirPlay with your Mac thanks to the AirPlayer application

Erica Sadun's name may not sound familiar to you, but she is the creator of the AirVideoEnabler application that allows us to use the AirPlay functionality with third-party applications, in addition, yesterday she published an application for Mac OS X called AirPlayer and that we allows you to play content from your iPhone on your Mac:

Best of all, you don't need to have Jailbroken your iPhone.

You can download AirPlayer for Mac at the following link.

Hello friends, I have a question between the following two files:
    the "AirPlayer-0.01-32b.zip" and the "AirPlayer-0.01.zip"
    Is the latter 64bits?
    Thank you very much!

Well, it doesn't work for me, the player opens on the Mac, but it says "loading" in the bottom bar, and it doesn't finish loading anything,
I am testing from the ipad.

Can you explain a little more?
You just have to install the airplayer.zip file on the mac and it works?
do not have to pair them or install something on iphone?

John, what older explanation do you want? It is all very simple because AirPlay already comes standard on the iPhone since iOS 4.2.1 and the Jailbreak is not necessary so we only have to install AirPlayer on our Mac and that's it (the same as the post says). When you try to play content using AirPlay, you can choose the device to which you want to send the videos (the image that appears in the post). It cannot be easier. All the best

No, if I ask because it seems too easy. As I have seen in the video "Banana", I assumed that something else had to be done.
But if it is so simple… Bravo!

I will test it when I update.

Honestly, the iphone and the ipad 2 recognize the air play of the macbook, but I can't see anywhere or photos, or video, or anything like that !! Can someone explain the process to me a little more thoroughly? Thank you
