A few years ago Apple introduced a program that it called the iPhone Upgrade Program. In this way, those users who would like to be at the last every year, they could change their iPhone annually. Even if they have a "stay" period and monthly financing, it is a good way to stay anchored in a company that is going to innovate every year.
The Big Apple has updated the Apple Store application allowing those users of the iPhone Upgrade Program, reserve the iPhone XR when it goes on sale just by creating a shortcut with Siri Shortcuts. Reserve an iPhone XR with just one command to Siri
This article is for informational purposes only as the "iPhones Upgrade Program" is only available in the United States with the most used carriers. Thanks to this program, users can change their terminal on an annulment basis as long as they adhere to the conditions imposed by Apple in which a financial endowment of 24 months is requested. It can be reduced to 12 months if the previous iPhone is delivered after the acquisition of a new terminal.
The novelty is that the application of the Apple Store, through which Apple products can be purchased and reserved has been updated. This is the version 5.1.1 in which the following developments are discussed:
Members of the iPhone Update Program can now use Siri Shortcuts to complete their iPhone XR pre-order even faster on October 19. Look for the 'Add to Siri' button while getting the reservation, and record your own voice command, such as 'reserve my iPhone'. Say your phrase when the reservation begins, and let Siri review your reservation in the Apple Store app so you can quickly complete your order.
When the app confirms that you are part of the iPhone Upgrade Program, it will allow you add a Siri shortcut whereby you can reserve your iPhone XR on pre-launch day just by saying to Siri, "Reserve my iPhone." It is probably an Apple test to integrate the new Siri functionality in a slightly more serious aspect such as the reservation of a new terminal. If it goes well, it can be integrated into other reservations or even the purchase of new products just by invoking Siri.
