We started on Monday informing about a new calendar application that for a limited time can be downloaded for free. We are talking about a different calendar application, in which the typical monthly view gives way to a daily view that is lost in the background. Vantage Calendar has a regular price in the App Store of 3,99 euros, but for a limited time we can download it completely free of charge. This application does not offer us the same functions that we can find in other applications that allow us to manage our calendar in a comfortable and simple way such as Calendars 5 or Fantastical, but we are users who do not usually write many things in it, the design of Vantage Calendar can that we like to use it as the default application.
At first it may take us a bit to get used to but over time the way it shows us the appointments on the calendar will be curious as well as striking as well as remind us of the credits of the Star Wars saga. Vantage Calendar offers us a visual calendar, which also has widgets for the notification center. We can customize it with different themes and backgrounds, in addition to being able to add different stickers to more quickly locate an appointment or a reminder of our calendar.
Vantage Calendar offers us different in-app purchases to customize the colors and themes, but with those that it offers us natively, in more than enough. The negative point that I find in this application is that to be able to add appointments in the calendar and that they are repeated daily, weekly, monthly or annually we must go through the box and pay the 1,99 euros which requires unlocking this option. Although if we do not want to pay it, we can add the appointment of this type through the native iOS application and thus save the 1,99 euros, excessive to unlock this function that is available on all calendars, including the free ones.
