A menos de dos horas para que termine el año no veo mejor manera de cerrar el año en Actualidad iPad que hablando un poco de lo que la compañía de la manzana nos puede deparar para 2015. Aunque ya dimos unas pinceladas en nuestro último podcast del año, creo que es el momento y el lugar de hablar de what we will surely have and what we could have in the year that begins shortly. Apple Watch in spring
The Apple Watch is sure to appear, the doubts that remain about it is whether it will be what we all really hope it will be. We are not going to ask that your battery last a week, because we know that will not happen, but there are many things to prove for Apple to really expose its competitors by showing that it has once again managed to do what others have only tried with little success. How will the interface be handled with the watch crown? What can we really do with the Apple smartwatch? Will we have some independence so that we don't always have to carry the iPhone in our pocket? Will Apple get the battery to allow us to get to the night without problems? Will it give developers the tools to really get the most out of Apple's smartwatch? Many questions that will be answered throughout the first half of next year. It could hit the shelves of Apple Stores on February 14 according to many rumors.
Apple Pay in the rest of the world
Apple Pay is receiving a lot of praise from all the trade press and from many banking and security experts. The system is simple to use, reliable and safe. All this is great but the question remains when we can use it outside the United States. It seems that the landing in the United Kingdom is imminent, but there is no news from the rest of the European countries and the American continent. 2015 should be the year that Apple's mobile payment system takes off if you don't want it to happen with other failed attempts like iTunes Radio, which practically no one remembers anymore. The agreements with the big banks and card issuers and the renovation of the terminals of the big and small businesses will have to be fast so that Apple Pay is what it promises to be.
iPad Pro, the long-awaited renewal of Apple's tablet
Many were the disappointments when seeing the new iPads of 2014 in the last Keynote of Apple. The iPad Mini 3 "decaffeinated" to which only Touch ID was added, and the iPad Air 2 with greater power but without anything really new that would make users consider making the leap to the new generation do not seem enough for Apple to achieve make your tablet sales soar. The iPad Pro could be the long-awaited renewal of Apple's tablet that really revolutionize the market again. A hybrid between Mac and iPad? Unlikely. Surface-style physical keyboard? Real multitasking on screen? IOS exclusive features? Apple's "premium" tablet could see the light of day this spring, and there are many of us who hope it won't just be a bigger iPad.
Apple TV, finally renewal?
Apple TV is seeing its sales plummet. Other similar systems have a much more affordable price and those with similar prices offer more features than the "set top box" from Apple. Apple TV must (finally) stop being simple entertainment for those from Cupertino and to really bet on a groundbreaking product, full of features and that everyone wants to put in their living room. After several years with only software updates and new channels that contribute little or nothing to users outside the United States, 2105 should be the year that we see the new device for Apple television. Or perhaps the long-awaited Apple television? I doubt it.
Retina display on Macs
After a long time with the Macbook Pro with Retina display and the new iMac 5K, I think the time has come for Apple to abandon conventional displays and bet on Retina displays on all its computers, and to do so while staying within a range prices similar to the current one. The iMac 5K is reserved for professionals because of its price, but the rest of the iMac range and the Macbook Air should already have a screen comparable to that of iPads, iPhones and Macbook Pro with Retina display.
