With the latest Outlook update we can ignore conversations that don't interest us

Outlook

A few years ago, Spark was one of the best email solutions for both iPhone and iPad. But as the years have passed and its use has become popular, the application has begun to show functional deficiencies that today they do not recommend it.

An excellent alternative to Spark is found in Microsoft's Outlook, a powerful email manager that is continually being updated to add new features. A few hours ago, the guys at Microsoft released a new Outlook update, an update that it allows us to ignore conversations that we are not interested in.

If you use Outlook at work, you will likely receive an email inviting you to answer a series of questions or it is an informational circular. Once you have read the email or answered the questions (if this were the case), most likely you do not want to continue receiving notifications of the answers of the rest of your classmates.

Thanks to the new feature in Outlook for iOS, we can ignore conversations that we are not interested in, such as this case. Once we ignore a conversation, our device will not notify us again of any of the responses that the email in question may receive, and these they will go directly to the deleted items.

This function that it was already available in the desktop version, allows us to concentrate on our work avoiding distractions from these types of conversations that do not lead us anywhere and that all they do is reduce our productivity. The Outlook 4.36 update that includes this new feature is now available for download through the App Store.
