Being able to go to work in one of the big tech companies has always been a preference for the young talents who visit San Francisco on a daily basis. But big companies also want to attract promising young people and for this they are opening new offices in San Francisco city to be able to reach the promises that visit the city in a simpler way.

A new list for this year has just been published, showing the most attractive companies for young talents who they want to stick their head into the world of technology. In this list we can see how the Cupertino-based company has dropped to fourth position, leaving the Top 3 where it was in recent years.

According to this classification, the most important and valued company by young people is Google, followed by Saleforce and Facebook. In fourth position we find Apple followed by Amazon and Uber. In seventh position we find Microsoft, followed by Tesla, Twitter and AirBnb closing the top 10 of most attractive companies. For the first time in recent years, the job search company LindekIn has been left out of the ranking.

To make this classification, interestingly, LinkedIn is used, which is responsible for analyzing all job applications from young talents. In these requests, the benefits that these companies offer to employees are taken into account such as daycare, quality of health insurance, paternity or maternity leave ...

It seems that despite the movements of the company to offer greater integration by its employees, offering restricted shares during the past year, along with the different advantages it offers to its employees are not grounds enough to attract promises interested in this world. Apple is aware of this, and in a few months it will open offices in the city to try to get closer to all the people who visit the city by offering its talent to the companies that currently lead the world of technology.
