Well, I can't tell you 100%, but I don't think it's compatible.
The closest thing to the iPhone 4s is the Verizon iPhone 4 and I still don't think it was compatible. Keep in mind that the iPhone 4s is externally the same but internally it has changed a lot.

I repeat, mine is from iPhone 4 and practically you have to put it to complete the iPhone (if we want to mount a new one) it is: motherboard, rear camera, battery, metal for the connector that is floating in the previous photo, metal to cover the connectors on the motherboard, metal for the battery, set of screws and finally the crystals with the lcd.
The one you buy also brings the vibrator: I forgot… and the one you see in the photo is from 4s, an iPhone model was never compatible with the previous one.

The iPhone 4 is much better on Ebay, more or less the same price…. and it already comes with the front camera, earphone, sim tray, volume and mute buttons, usb connector, speaker and microphone and even with Home button
