5 false reasons to explain the future failure of iPhone 6

Reasons iPhone 6 failure

All these days on the net you have seen a lot of reasons why you should trust Apple for your next terminal iPhone 6 and the innovation that it will entail as it is a new range. But there are also hundreds of reasons to believe that the long-awaited iPhone 6 will not convince. I am one of those who believe that prudence, in these cases, especially without official information, is the best ally, but we already know that the fact that there are many convinced iFans also implies that there are equally radical detractors. And precisely many of them allege various reasons that are repeated in the anti-Apple forums why the next terminal is born with practically no future.

Although as I say I will not be the one who is convinced that iPhone 6 will be the ideal terminal, at least not until I can see it with my own eyes, nor can I assure that it will not succeed. Even more so knowing Apple's history. But as in Actualidad iPhone I have talked to you several times about the possible features that would make the iPhone a good terminal, today we are going to take a look at those that for Apple's detractors are a real mistake. After all, we may even draw some conclusions from radical positions, don't you think?

5 Reasons Why iPhone 6 Won't Succeed That Are Fake

  1. Battery that cannot be replaced by the user and little autonomyThe truth is that the fact that the iPhone battery is not accessible to the user has always been used against Apple. The truth seems to me an error with an easy solution, but I am convinced that iPhone 6 will not have it. There are more phones on the market with this option, and so manufacturers almost always ensure the replacement themselves. Regarding autonomy, Apple will definitely improve it.
  2. Camera with few megapixels: This seems to me one of those characteristics of newbies who are going to know a lot about the tech world. Anyone who has used the mobile camera to take those shots that you are proud to show later knows that MPs have little to do with this. Well, at least if we talk about a reasonable number of them. In any case, in that sense, although we know that the iPhone camera is at the height of its rivals, it is very certain that Apple will bet on new optics in the next generation.
  3. No NFC: This is true that it will be very unlikely that the defenders of iPhone 6 will be able to refute it. There is not, nor will there be. But Apple is looking for options with other types of connections. And really, how many of us use NFC daily to consider that an iPhone without it would fail miserably?
  4. Little or no customization: In this we can not refute too much the defenders of Android. In this case Apple I do not think it will change its closed line. Although not all iFans share it, and precisely for this matter we find the jailbreak that will conquer many of those who are convinced that the apple is the right choice. So honestly, I don't think this is going to make iPhone 6 fail either.
  5. Fixed keyboard with no other possibilities: the defenders of this thesis may not have gone through the App Store to discover that some keyboard for iOS does exist, although they are quite new. In fact the well-known Swype is available. That said, how many Android users buy an OS phone just because they can customize their keyboard? Anyway, we could defend thousands of features that they have and in iOS they are not, but as to say that this is why iPhone 6 will fail, I think it is an exaggeration taken to the limit.

    Article filler, speculative and insubstantial.

Will the world end when the iPhone 6 comes out?
    Will it be bubblegum pink?
Will it have something new like the retina sensor?

I insist, there are times when the articles on this website overwhelm and disconcert me.

    Regarding the title ...

"5 false reasons why the next iPhone might not succeed"

1-False reasons, at the beginning of the statement
2- Next iPhone, not assuming that it is called 6.
3-It may not succeed, making it clear that it is merely speculative.
4-The convenient and necessary use of commas.

The proposed title states that the iPhone 6 will not triumph, although it explains that its arguments are false, to affirm this fact, which is expressly and implicitly proposed.

I think the statement is more typical of a detractor page of Apple and anti-Fan Boys….

    1.    Cristina torres said

      Hello Sereno,

Good contribution! Regarding what you say that you think is an anti-iFan page statement, the truth is that all these reasons come from forums and pages of that style. In this case I have tried to show that at least as they arise they are false. Greetings and thanks for your comment 😉

    2.    Mike said

Convenient and necessary use of commas? Blessed ignorance. Those commas couldn't be more wrong. Yes, the headline (not the title) could have been written better, but try at least to learn how the language works before correcting others and making a fool of yourself.
By the way, the commas after "not taking for granted", "The proposed title" are also incorrect (and it would also be good to remove some of the ones behind that same sentence, because if not, it doesn't make sense), "I think" and "that the statement."

    3.    Paco said

Too many commas in your correction, putting "5 false reasons why the next iPhone might not succeed" is enough to understand.

      1.    Cristina torres said

Your proposal is very similar to the one I have placed now. In any case, I think that in the headlines as you say, it is better to avoid excessive commas as necessary. Thanks for the contribution and the comment. Greetings!!

  4.   Cristina torres said

It may be bullshit, but that's one of the anti-Apple reasons for the future iPhone to fail. And they mention it in many forums. That is why I have mentioned it.

Regarding the title, I have modified it at your request 😉 I hope it seems clearer to you now.

    Regards and thanks for commenting!!

Ignorance, from Latin ignorare (who does not know)

Perhaps you do not know that after the commas comment, to which you allude, you should treat the following "point" or subject, as a full stop, not a full stop, since you talk about commas and my ignorance of their use, to immediately (and periodically) talk about the owner who does not title.

By the way, the correct definition of title is:

Put a title, name or inscription on something. (according to the RAE)

Word or phrase with which the name or subject of a book, document, film, music, article, etc. is disclosed. It has a period at the end.

Thank you however for your clarifications.

      1.    Cristina torres said

Let's see, we got involved with the tongue.

Ignore is a word that comes from Latin. But actually the correct Latin term is ignore.

The full stop I do not think is correct since it does not deal with a different matter, in fact, it always refers to commas, although the sentence begins with reference to the headline.

Regarding the title and headline, although they are used interchangeably colloquially, the correct formula for what was being treated is headline.

        Greetings to you both !!

    The title, far-fetched, simpler, »5 false reasons why« iPhone6 * »will not succeed.».
You can transfer it to 5s, 5c, 5, 4s, 4, .. In which iDevice can you change the battery yourself without using a screwdriver? Apple is not interested in the user being able to fix it himself, it is money that they lose, but a lot ... You can find a battery for $ 3, while Apple nails you more than € 30. More examples, the home button that is more delicate ,,, the replacement flex is not worth 3 $, the vibrator motor 1.2 $. The technical service is a source of income not to be forgotten, and that things are done so that they break. It is like a car dealership, with the sales of vehicles they earn a minimal part, on the other hand, the workshop is where they make the cash.
The issue of the MP is the same, we already know that a good image sensor is better than the amount of pixels in the image itself, so I want 13MP if I am going to print it on a DIN A4, or a 10 × 15. But mechanical stabilization and not software stabilization would be great.
THE NFC, I saw it used in the USA and it is interesting, but until it arrives in Spain, here we are more than in metal and without invoice lol ...
If you buy an iDevice, you already know what to expect, that customization thing is not new, let's go ...
The article itself ... without container or content as they say, but thank you.

    1.    Cristina torres said

The headline I have already changed. Regarding some of your comments about reasons for the failure of the next iPhone, I have certainly seen some of them on anti-iFan pages 😉 But in today's article I have mentioned only the most recurrent ones.

The continent of the article was precisely to summarize the reasons why the anti-Apple, who will be whatever Cupertino does, believe that the new terminal will not succeed. The content in view is. I'm sorry you didn't like it, although I appreciate your extensive contribution mentioning other of those ideas that are discussed in these types of forums.

      Regards!!

Let's see, Sereno. My comment is a small whole directed towards your ignorance, ergo I do not have to use a full stop. You are talking to a translator and proofreader with a degree and many courses behind him, so do not try to know more than I do and accept your mistakes with humility.
As for your new message, you have a serious problem with commas. The ones you put after "Maybe you don't know", "about commas", "you mean", "point or subject", "full stop" are incorrect. You would also need one before "no title." I guess they would run out.

Beyond the problems of the title, we must forgive the lady, anyone can have a mistake, and even more than one, for sure she has an iphone .. ..

I believe that the iPhone is not going to fail, simply because the iPhone works well in the United States, a country where little thought is given to what you buy. You buy to buy and especially if it is what "everyone does" or fashion. They also seem silly but they are not, there is a whole infrastructure of expenses that is already included in the "update" of your product ... buy the new iPhone. Be it music, movies, and especially apps.

If the iPhone is going to fail at some point for something, it is simply when people realize this, that it is all a business and that there is no innovation. The last idea that Apple dropped was Siri and it is taking horrors to improve it. Afterwards .. it's all the same, you can change your phone over and over and over again and it's the same, always the same

I think that is what can make the consumer want to know something else. They have already verified that putting the camera from last year, the screen and battery of a low-end phone, the closed connections, a lousy OS design and 0 customization continue to sell and they continue to queue in their stores…. What makes you think that all that is going to change ??? ... since 4S that the knowledgeable analysts believed that the iPhone was going to enlarge the screen and see what they did.

This is all business and for many people the specifications of the phone are the least important and they know it.

I am one of those who think that the Iphone 6 globally will have very high sales (especially due to the US as the previous comment has written) another thing is whether it will be a success in Europe or not.
Of the 5 reasons you have raised, I am surprised that some of the reasons that have been the reason why most people in my environment have not bought the Iphone 5S (and much more accentuated in the case of the Iphone 5C) and not change Apple's policy may be repeated with the Iphone 6

1.The price: Very far from the reality that Europe is experiencing, and above all mixed with the disappearance of the subsidy policy by the operators.
2.Not so clear obsolescence: Years ago it seemed that if you did not change your mobile to the new one, not even the mail application would work, now being realistic for a long time that mobile phones have surpassed in features such as processor, camera ... that the average user usually uses and therefore it becomes more complicated to buy an expensive mobile that is not going to make a big difference to the current one.
    3. Competition: It is clear that alternatives are emerging that have a very good quality / price ratio, see for example Nexus 5.
4.And finally, something that may be difficult to explain but influences people a lot, years ago when you bought an iPhone and showed it to your friends they made a freaked out face, that no longer happens. If Apple does not get that feeling that you have a unique product in your hands again, it could start selling less because people are not willing to pay the maximum for a mobile to have one more mobile.

Well I think I've gotten involved, congratulations on the page.

    1.    Cristina torres said

You haven't gotten involved JC !! Very good comment with your opinion. I do not share all the points, but it is true that the price is something that begins to influence when choosing a phone due to the economic situation we live in. Greetings and thanks!!!

What a bullshit article ... If you can call it that.
It is something that is already known since all iPhones suffer from it, and are they a failure?
No, but we like to talk to talk and do the save me of technology.
    Appalling.

  11.   Beck said

Don't suck !! Stop criticizing and talk only about the content of the article, not the writing, if you don't like it, don't read it!

Regarding the content of the article, you are right with the nfc, nobody uses it, they say that Samsung is the pioneer in that technology when it was the Nokia c7 followed by that was the bb 9900 and it really is a technology that does not take off something like the QR NEVER TERM OF CONVINCE, I worked at Nokia and they mentioned the
Possibility of making payments with nfc, something that here in Mexico looks extremely far away, ABOUT CUSTOMIZATION:
People who are looking for something customizable that do not buy iPhone, it is valid that they criticize it but they must respect the preferences of each person, jailbreak an iPhone is to take away the essence of the product or software that boasts of being much better than android.
PIXELAGE: really what they are for is for the issue of printing when you print a photo it can be larger without distorting REALITY 5 mpx are perfect for your photo frame REALITY AMONG THE MORE PIXELAGE THE HEAVY THE PHOTO IN MEGAS IS WHICH GENERATES YOU UPLOAD A SLOW INTERNET AND I EAT HIGH IN YOUR DATA PLAN 👍 !!!

    1.    German said

Indeed, more pixels can make a better picture, but a very large number of them cannot. I do not handle much on the subject, but I know that many pixels imply that in a small lens (such as cameras) each pixel will take very little light, which lowers the quality of the photograph a lot, on the contrary what Apple does is keep the pixels and improve and increase the size of the lens or each sensor.

How can you put up with these assholes Cristina! I don't usually read the comments much, although I always read the news, but every time I get into comments, 70% are critical ... I find it good to comment on the news, but I don't understand how they have SO MUCH free time to go in and criticize them for lack of writing, or why something did not seem correct and objective ... keep the comments to yourselves and use your time in useful things ...
On the other hand congratulate the blog, I never comment, but if I follow the blog since I have an iPhone (it will be about 3 or 4 years ago), that comments of that nature do not lower their morale!

We love that you participate, both to praise and to criticize with reason. Greetings 😉

  14.   Gibran said

hehe, they are supposed to be commenting to talk about the next iPhone and they pass it by criticizing each other for the way they write, they are already changing the subject that the spelling matters is just a comment, an opinion, it is enough to know understand what you're trying to say or not? And as for what Cristina mentions on this page, I totally agree. The next iPhone will be a success just as everything else has been, except for the iPhone C, which has already failed not because of the colors but because of its price, until Apple announced it on CNN or Tim Cook on his twitter when he said that the supposed sales figure «were not as expected since last year came out» well, this is my humble opinion, comment, let's comment! to answer that they think about the rumors or the next iPhone not to criticize the other of the spelling or calligraphy or the dialect of the other comments of other people with that they are already changing the subject they are going from such stick to such chip.

  15.   pridetoa said

Hello!! Well, I really have conflicting things about some things that the article says, for example the battery, it seems to me that Apple in that is a bit wrong and the fact that it cannot be changed is a problem for the end user, since depending of a sat to change a simple battery, the end user does not like anything. The NFC at the business level is used more, since many laptops use this technology to pass data and it is very comfortable at the business level. An error on the part of Apple is not being able to pass files through bluetooth as with any mobile, and the fact of ultra-ultra use itunes to synchronize the phone, even blackberry and windows phone that are closed systems are more comfortable that aspect can you access your iphone by wifi from your computer and see its content? Noooo why do you need iTunes. To be honest, Apple is left behind with its terminals, they will measure up at the hardware and software level, but only in that ... They are not ecosystems with high compatibility, that will be the downfall of Apple, its own closed structure policy and its lack of innovation . So iPhone 6 may be a failure, more than anything because there are mobiles on the market with more features, with fewer restrictions and just as reliable.

  16.   Hector G.H. said

I am sorry to comment on such an old entry but when reading it I have not been able to abstain.

I think there are not only five reasons why it is going to be a failure, or it is not going to be as successful as it should. Personally I think there are only two and it is none of the above. One of them is the price, we all know that Apple has high prices for whatever reasons, the point is that for a few years (exactly since the launch of the 4s) the price of their phones does not match the product they sell. And the other reason is that feeling that the product you are buying is exactly the same as it was three years ago except that it is a little bigger.

Years ago an iPhone was a safe bet in terms of product quality. But today there are products from other brands that offer exactly the same and even better in most if not all aspects at half the price or even less.

Apple reinvented the wheel and it has been deflating little by little. I would not be surprised if the next iPhone is what leaves the brand in the gutter.
