Apple itself announced a few hours ago that Alex Gorsky, President and CEO of the giant Johnson & Johnson, had been appointed as a new member of the board of directors. In this sense there is not much more we can say about the details of this entry by Gorsky in the Cupertino company. It is more than evident that Apple constantly works on human health issues and this "visionary" of health, as cataloged by Apple itself, comes to bring experience in this field.

Alex Gorsky, was appointed as CEO of Johnson & Johnson in 2012 but has been with the company since 1988. This extensive experience in the company puts him in a really high position that Apple does not want to miss. In addition to Apple, Gorsky serves on the boards of IBM, Travis Manion Foundation, and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Surely the contribution of this new signing of Apple is important in devices such as the Apple Watch or even AirPods. It will be time to see the evolution of the position he has at Apple but being on Apple's board of directors means that some of the final decisions made with the devices will go through your hands advising Tim Cook, and that he is finally the one in charge of executing them or not.
