Until now Apple had not provided any official information regarding the problem of purple glow in the iPhone 5 camera. This glow occurs when we take a photo in which there is present a powerful light source and it occurs on a large number of iPhone 5s. The Gizmodo team sent an email to Apple asking what was happening with the camera and Apple responded that it was "something normal."
Now Apple has decided pronounce in an official way in the Support section of their website:
Symptoms:
A purple or other colored glow, beam or stain from an external focus to the image appears when taking photos or recording video.
Solution:
Most cameras, including those that iPhones of different generations have, could show a reflection in the corner of the photo when taking an image with external light sources. This occurs when the light bulb is positioned at an angle (usually outside the field of view) that causes a reflection from surfaces within the camera module and on its sensor. To eliminate or reduce the effect, move the camera slightly to prevent this glare from entering the lenses or shield the lenses with your hand.
In short, Apple tells us to move the camera to the other side thus avoiding the light source that produces these reflections or to cover the light with our own hands.
More information- Dozens of iPhone 5 users complain about the camera
or better yet, don't take photos and you'll see how you won't have that problem ... oh apple, trolling ...
What happened to "not taking the photos against the light"? Did he die with Kodak? Well, less complain and more straighten out that I'm going to portray!
Well, I don't have that problem, you take some spectacular photos and even in backlight with flash they come out great.
What surprises me is the photo of the iPhone 5 comparison | iPhone 4s, it is not that I am very expert on the subject of cameras but if the iPhone 5 camera has changed compared to that of the 4s, it is possibly due to the sensors and as Apple says, at an exact point in the that gives you light in one way or another.
I remember that the vast majority of cell phones that I had with a camera, when taking photos directly in the sun, a black point appeared.
Although I also say that Apple should prevent these causes in all terminals, either by asking for another sensor or whatever ...
My opinion.
That bah !! you put it at the exact point and point! which is worth 669 euros, okay, but we all know that what is coolest (in general) is to carry it in your pocket ... what a "handsome top" with my new pants ... !! They are D&G .. !!
Hahahaha it's true!
apple died along with jobs, whatever they say. There is only a store of expensive products but without innovation, what a silly response to focus on the other side or cover with the hand, that does not happen with the iPhone 4s, it is a mockery of users.
I'm with you that the answer is absurd, but don't forget the "take it with the other hand" that Steve Jobs gave when the problem with the antenna of the iPhone 4.
The camera works wonders for me. no purple with the flah. I don't know what nonsense people say around here.
so much money for in uphone that hai q cover the light with your hand hahaha
Typical of Apple ... If the photos go wrong, the user is taking the wrong photo, if the mobile loses coverage, the user is taking it wrong ...
cameragate
Embarrassing ... this with Steve did not happen.
Haha fuck off !! 700 bucks .. Use your little hand to take the photos properly ...
The one who moves does not appear in the photo..
