A Volkswagen electric van for Apple?

The Titan Project is reaching unsuspected limits and it is that a German media affirms that the Cupertino company would be raising the possibility of launching a totally electric van for the transport of its employees. In reality, this does not seem far-fetched considering that the only thing the firm would have to add is the software, since a year ago they reached an agreement with the well-known car firm Volkswagen to use their vehicles for the transportation of employees between Apple offices in San Francisco.

Store Manager, explains that there are several projects on the table for the manufacture of an electric van in black and silver for Apple. All this will obviously have to wait for the progress of the project and as it continues to advance at the rate it is currently doing, this may take longer than expected. In addition, the specialized analysts themselves calculate that beyond 2022 it would be when this technology developed by Apple would officially reach vehicles, so there is a long way to go.

In any case, any type of agreement for the manufacture or incorporation of the work carried out by Apple in Project Titan will continue to appear on the web and as Tim Cook himself said in an interview yesterday, "we are investing heavily in the study of machine learning and automation, and we're excited about the potential of automated systems in many areas, including transportation. " all this seems like keep moving at your own pace.
