The Cupertino company is in full production of one million face shields a week, which are the screens used by toilets to protect themselves against Covid-19. These screens have a specific design and Apple has turned to their manufacture. The CEO of Apple himself explained yesterday in a series of tweets on his official account that the company is working with its engineers and other employees to produce and distribute some 20 million masks and that million screens protective that they will produce weekly.
El Kaiser hospital, in the county of Santa Clara was the first to receive its own batch of protective screens that take up little space thanks to the materials with which they are manufactured and are super easy to assemble once they arrive at the hospitals.
Apple is dedicated to supporting the worldwide response to COVID-19. We've now sourced over 20M masks through our supply chain. Our design, engineering, operations and packaging teams are also working with suppliers to design, produce and ship face shields for medical workers. pic.twitter.com/3xRqNgMThX

Protectors and masks logically come from the factories that the company has in China and in other countries of the world, and all of them in principle are destined to the emergency services of the United States, as is normal seeing the increase in cases they have with thousands of people infected with Covid-19. A few days ago Apple also donated masks and material in industrial quantities to China, but the latest figures in North America do not stop increasing and there are already more than 337.000 infected people and almost 10.000 deaths so far, although it is true that these continue to increase quickly and steadily with every passing hour.
