Apple officially releases iOS 12.0.1 for all users

Apple has just released the new version of iOS 12.0.1 for all users and it adds the various improvements implemented such as charging issue with Lightning connector in some models of the new iPhone XS and XS Max, the connection problems of the WiFi network of 2,4 GHz instead of 5 GHz or the non-appearance of subtitles in some video apps.

In short, a series of corrections added to the arrival of new emojis and all of this is now available to everyone. In this case the beta versions have not lasted long and now we already have the final version available to download, so it seems that they wanted to publish it soon and fix the bugs ...

The most serious could be the charging problem, the so-called "Batterygate" which caused that when connecting the cable to the charging port of the new iPhone, they did not charge. It was not a general problem far from it, only that in this case it was a more or less serious problem and therefore we can say that it is better that they launch the update with the solution to the problem as in the end it has happened. This is the list of implemented improvements:

  • Fix iPhone XS charging issue
  • Fixes an issue that could cause devices to not connect to the 2,4GHz WiFi network instead of the 5GHz network
  • Replace the «.? 123» key on the iPad keyboard
  • Fix Bluetooth connection issue not showing as available
  • Add the new emoji

On the other hand we have improvements in the iPad with the position of some keys and a Bluetooth failure. Hopefully this new version will definitively solve the problems detected. As always you can find the new version available in Settings -> General -> Software update, but right now it may not appear as it has just been released, be patient who will appear with all the news shortly. To update!

Hello friends who know about the bug in iOS 12 that makes the applications have a larger size than they really have, on my computer it gave me that failure, it had about 10 GB of more after updating to IOS 12

That failure was not only in ios 12 and it was only the information of the app in the appstore, installed they did not occupy more space than necessary

Since I have updated to iOS 12 I have noticed an improvement in the speed of my iPhone 6 although with the detriment of the battery, but with iOS 12.0.1 it is a drain, it drinks it.
