Once Apple has removed the Epic Games developer account, and the game is no longer available for download, nor for users who had previously downloaded it before the controversy generated on August 13, the next step Apple will take is to stop allowing the Sign In with Apple feature to be used.
Functionality Sign in with Apple, allows users to use our Apple ID, associated with an email that is redirected to our email account. This functionality that was available through Fortnite will stop working in the application, so users who used it will no longer have access unless they change it.
Apple will no longer allow users to sign into Epic Games accounts using “Sign In with Apple” as soon as September 11, 2020. If you use “Sign In with Apple”, please make sure your email and password are up to date. https://t.co/4XZX5g0eaf

Epic Games has released this news through its Twitter account inviting all users who use this functionality to change the method of access to the game so that they can continue playing, since if the data is not updated, they will no longer have access to the game as of September 11.
Retain access to Fortnite when Sign In with Apple is unavailable
Epic Games ha creado una página web para tratar este tema y donde nos invita a update email address that we are using to continue maintaining access to the game and to establish a password.
If we do not make this change before September 11, from that date we will no longer have access until we go to the Settings section of our account, within the General tab and in the Account Information section, we change our email address.
If for any reason you cannot log in, from Epic Games they invite us to contact them to recover our account.
