The Apple Watch challenge for employees canceled due to the coronavirus

Apple Watch

A couple of weeks ago, the company from Cupertino officially announced the arrival of a specific challenge for its employees around the world and it seems that this is finally canceled due to the problems caused by the coronavirus.

This is a global problem and quite delicate Therefore, Apple does not want to compromise the health of its employees, much less launch a challenge of this type when many of its employees may find themselves in a delicate situation or simply do not want to carry out this challenge now because of what happened, so in Apple have decided postpone this activity challenge for later.

Undoubtedly the crisis of this virus is worrying and Apple knows it so it is normal for this type of event to be canceled. In addition the company sent this internal message to his employees a few hours ago to communicate the decision:

The Close Your Rings Challenge is one of those rare opportunities to bring together team members and colleagues from around the world for a common purpose of closing our rings, earning some points, and having fun. With several of our offices and stores closed in China at the moment and as several of our team members will not be able to participate, we have decided to postpone the Close Your Rings Challenge 2020. NOur challenge will be removed from the Challenges app.

The month of the heart adds another challenge which in this case will remain active and which is aimed at all Apple users and in which employees can obviously also participate, so in principle those who want to complete it will be able to do so without problem. We hope that this virus is under control and that everything can return to normal soon as is definitely a problem for everyone.
