As you know, especially those who could take advantage of it, Pangu launched yesterday a jailbreak for 64-bit devices with iOS 9.1 installed. Like every time a jailbreak is released for a new version, there are tweaks which have not yet been optimized for iOS 9.1. In fact, I've personally seen few packages that have been updated to include support for the version that Pangu jailbroken for.
