Cydia iPad apps compatible with iOS 7

Cydia-iOS7

El IOS 7 jailbreak it has been waiting, but after a rather controversial launch, the barrage of new applications and updates to existing ones is enormous. With all this, even for the most veteran in the Jailbreak it can be difficult to know what they can install and what not, not to mention that many of the Cydia applications are not optimized for iPad, or may even not work on that device, This can cause failures that can only be resolved by a complete restoration of the device. That is why we have created in the iPad News a sheet with the most interesting Cydia applications for iPad and optimized for iOS 7.

The list is currently small, but we will update it frequently, so it will increase in the coming days. We want it to be a resource that you can consult to find out what news has come to Cydia, and even discover applications that you did not know and that you could install on your iPad. The information available for each application includes its name, in which repository we can find it, its price (if it is free it will appear in green, if it is paid in orange), the link to the blog article in which we analyzed it, and possible important observations to consider before installing the application.

The idea is that we do this list togetherFor this reason, we want you to suggest applications that do not appear and that you think should appear, applications that we also include in the list, you think we should analyze on the blog, or any other suggestion or correction that you have to make. Getting the most out of Jailbreak is the goal of any Apple tablet user and we want to achieve it. We await your comments right here.

recordmyscreen, it's free and it's in the bigboss repository ……. it's the ideal replacement for the old displayrecorder, recordmyscreen works perfect on my iPad mini.

DockShift, CCControls, iFile, MuteIcon, Mobile Terminal, Safe Mode Fixer for iOS7, afc2add, Widi Passwords and XBMC are some of the ones that I consider most useful, and except for iFile all the others are free, although iFile is probably the most useful of all . They all work perfectly with my iPad 4 on iOS 7.0.4 and some of the ones I've tested work fine on the iPad Air.

We will test them, thank you very much for all these tweaks !!

Does anyone know if they will update DisplayOut?
I don't like the mirror mode as it is not full screen. Some alternative?

Cydelete 7 working well so far, of course it is for iOS 7 and for those who do not know it, what it does is that with it we can eliminate the Cydia applications as if they were the original applications from the Appstore, that is, by pressing the icon until they begin to dance with an x at the top and simply by pressing the x we erase it without problems.

Anyone know of some DISPLAYOUT type application
To have full screen connected with the ORIGINAL HDMI cable on the tv

  7.   George said

Hello, I am also looking since the jailbreak how to duplicate the screen to the TV (in my case through the av - rca adapter)

Due to my little knowledge on the subject of jailbreak, I have investigated that there have been several cydia tweaks that allowed you to do it:

    - tvout2 mirror
    - landscape tv out
    - displayout

Of which, displayout is the one with an update for the latest ios (ios 6)

At the moment it says that it is not compatible with ios 7, if someone with more knowledge than me could recommend some other possibility I would be grateful

    All the best

Still nothing like DISPLAYOUT for full screen on TV with HDMI cable?

Mituguenin, you can directly follow the status of the displayout update in this link https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AhDe5xBEmmv0dEJsVi1YU0JYYVpvbHlnaEdVaTBFMXc&usp=drive_web#gid=0
It is updated directly by the developer (rpetrich).

Good morning everyone. I have a jailbroken iPad Air on ios 7.04 and my problem is that I can't find unofficial cables for my iPad. I'm a teacher and I need to plug it in via hdmi to the television, but at the moment, no matter how hard I search, I can't find anything. The only thing I have found is an adapter for the old Ipad 3, for the Ipad Air and to be able to connect the unofficial cables that I have, but I have read that it does not work. Any ideas? Many thanks.

You would have to go to an official Apple store or ask for the HDMI adapter at the official Apple store.
I do not recommend buying it from unofficial sites because they do not work the same
      All the best

Thanks for the Mithuguenin advice, I will. All the best.
