Display Mirroring: activate mirroring mode on iPad 1 (Cydia)

The new iPad 2 can connect to the TV and use its mirror mode to show everything you see on the screen reflected on your TV, springboard, games, etc. On the other hand, on the first generation iPad, you can only watch movies and videos.

MMy colleague Nacho already showed you a tutorial to do it manually, now you can do it from Cydia cwith the Display Mirroring application.

Reboot after installing.

Requires iOS 4.3.1+.

You can download it free in Cydia.

You need to have done the jailbreak.

You have to be in developer mode for it to come out, it's in the bigboss repo. I hope it helps you.

I have installed it from cydia and I would like to know if an icon appears on the springboard (I suppose not) or in settings, since I do not have the cable, and I cannot know if it works. Or if someone has tried it, please comment. Thanks.

It works perfectly, I spent the whole afternoon playing real racing 2 on my panoramic TV, what a joy, although it sucks the battery that you don't see.
