It's one year Since the madness broke out, the crowds of people in specific places, being more aware of the smartphone than of the cars and a lot more anecdotes that were read last summer of 2016.
Pokémon Go celebrates a year since its launch and evidently there are many players who are still hooked to this augmented reality game today and many others who have left it. Precisely from Niantic what is trying is that users get hooked on the game again this summer and for this it adds a really special gift that we can find on the streets: a Pikachu with his trainer Ash's cap.
Games like this marked a before and after at Nintendo since it made millions of people will install the application on their smartphone and they will enjoy the crowds at the poke stops, they will walk instead of sitting playing the smartphone, etc.

It's hard to believe that Pokémon GO was released just a year ago, and what an incredible year it has been! Since you joined us last July, you have demonstrated the true power of Pokémon GO and augmented reality games by exploring the world on foot, building new friends, and discovering new places in your own neighborhoods. Throughout this incredible journey, more than 125 million Pokémon have been captured and countless memories were made along the way. But, there are many more adventures to come.
Just a few weeks ago, the first anniversary celebration started with a bang. You and millions of other Trainers went out to battle in the revamped Gyms and participate in Raids with family and friends, but this was only the beginning of an action-packed couple of months. The celebration continues with a special Pikachu wearing a very familiar hat that appears all over the world. From July 6 at 1:00 pm. PDT until July 24 at 1:00 PM PDT, the wild Pikachus will be wearing Ash's famous hat from the Pokémon TV show, so make sure you don't miss out on catching one!
