One of the things that can happen to us at any time during our training is that we have an accidental touch on the screen of our Apple Watch and we can even stop the training or end it inadvertently. This is not something that usually happens on a regular basis and I can personally say that even wearing long-sleeved clothes I have rarely accidentally pressed the screen of the Apple Watch, but I know that there are people who happen to him and it is a chore.
For this reason, today we will see the system that we have available on all Apple Watch models to avoid these involuntary touches on the clock screen while we are training by bike, running, swimming or with any training we are doing.
Lock or unlock the clock screen
Obviously once we have the screen locked we will not be able to touch anything on it and that is why we also have to show the way in which we can unlock the screen to end the training or perform any action from our watch. The way to lock the clock is very simple and once we have started an activity we simply have to follow these two steps:
- We have to slide to the right until the menu that we see in the image below comes out
- Click on the drop of water that appears in the upper left "Block" and that's it
Once we press the screen is locked and to unlock it is as simple as turning the Digital Crown. Many of those present may already know about this option in the Apple Watch trainings but surely for all new users of the watch it can be very useful to know this trick that avoids making unwanted touches on the screen of the device while doing any physical activity .
