How to fix "Sorry, there is a problem, please try again" with HomePod and Siri

For a few days, just like our partner Jordi pointed them out to us a few hours ago, HomePod users are experiencing a problem with Siri from the Apple smart speaker that causes, Although the instruction we give it executes perfectly, it returns a locution in which it tells us that "there has been a problem" and that we try again.

As a Beta user on iOS I thought it could be a problem derived from that, but in recent days there have been many users who have complained about the same failure, which despite the fact that it allows executing orders is still annoying. Thanks to a member of the Telegram chat for the HomePod (link) we know of a workaround that may work while Apple finds a definitive one.

There are many of us who have reported the problem to Apple to find a solution to this annoying bug, but the user @ Juanin12 of the Telegram chat for the HomePod (link) we can use a workaround. As he tells us in the aforementioned chat, after talking with Apple they have indicated that they know the problem, and as a solution we can change the room HomePod within the Home app, and place it in a room where there are no other accessories. This user has tried it and it has worked for him.

We will agree that the solution is not the one we all want, but at least now we can decide if we prefer to continue having to listen to Siri that it has not been able to do something (which it has done) or if we "move" the HomePod to another room within the Home application and thus we end this problem. The best of all is that Apple already knows the bug, so surely the solution will not take long to arrive through an update from software or even from their own servers.

The same thing happens to me, but when I use Siri on the Apple Watch, and I don't have HomePod. Using Siri on the iPhone or iPad works fine.

Well, we will have to wait. I have it next to the iMac to listen to music from iTunes and it is not a question of taking it to the hall.
In my room I have two smart bulbs and with one it does not give that error and with the other it does.

That you have to change the HomePod room in the App, do not physically move the melon device !!
