It certainly makes us strange to see Justing Long, starring in an ad outside of Apple after the notorious "Get a Mac" campaign starring this actor alongside fellow actor John Hodgman. The Apple campaign was created for Apple Inc. by the advertising agency contracted by the company TBWA \ Media Arts Lab, and in it a few advertisements were launched from 2006 to 2009 that highlighted the difference between having a Mac or a PC and at the beginning of the campaign the phrase was: "Hello, I'm a Mac."
We have no doubt that Long and Hodgman will be remembered for this work done for Apple but time passes and now Long can be seen making his first announcement outside of the bitten apple company, specifically with Huawei. In this announcement it is inevitable to observe two details, The first is that for the actor, Justing Long, time does not seem to pass and the second is that "Get a Mac" is impossible to repeat no matter how much the same actors are used. Here we leave the announcement of Huawei that obviously has nothing to do with those of Apple:
When we see these ads it is inevitable to compare them but the role of some actors in advertising campaigns or even making films from tech companies like Apple, like the forced role of Ashton Kutcher in Jobs or even the best-done job in the Steve Jobs biopic with Michael Fassbender in his role as CEO of the company alongside a stellar Kate Winslet, in the role of Joanna Hoffman.
In short, technology and film or television have always had common ties and it is impossible not to remember and enjoy the "Get a Mac" campaign despite the passage of time and the fact that the Mac is always favored. it's great to see justing long, again despite being a far cry from his work with Apple.
