New repository for gba roms for now

Here I bring a new repository for the gba emulator game for now it is starting and there is not much but we trust that the creator of the repository will put many more and update frequently.

  • Add romsrepo.com/repo.xml to sources.
  • The roms will be in the ROMsRepo GBA folder.
