Naveed Gol, a developer, has put together an Apple Music web player, PlayAppleMusic, which you can access if you have a subscription and want to listen to music on any device. It is a player very interesting which Apple should keep an eye on, because it could be their next addition.
PlayAppleMusic, a (necessary) web player
PlayAppleMusic is an Apple Music web player. Currently, this music streaming service does not have one. Instead, Spotify has an online player that everyone can access, as if it were on the desktop program for macOS or Windows. It is necessary to increase the possibilities of the users to listen to their content, which they are paying, on different platforms.
The web player created by Naveed Gol, a developer, is based on MusicKit JS, a development kit that allows Apple Music subscribers to listen to music from the platform in addition to the Songs from your library (iCloud Library). In addition, the service created by Gol requires access by Apple ID. However, you do not provide data to the web, but it redirects you to the Apple web to provide services to PlayAppleMusic.
Although it is a quite premature version of what Naveed Gol wants to create, we can see that it has a modern and elegant design, based on the basic lines of Material Design.
