That I have been able to verify, there are two applications that have caused me the error: Afc2add and Appsync. The first Cydia application is used to access the iOS file system via USB, with applications such as DiskAid or similar. This is useful to be able to modify certain files, something necessary to make some modifications to the system. The second, Appsync, is the application that allows you to install pirated applications on iOS and transfer them to iTunes. The solution? It is very simple and also quite obvious: uninstall the application from your device (or both if you have both installed) and restart the device. You will see how the native iOS applications now work normally for you. In addition to these steps, from our forum, they also offer us an alternative to solve the problem with the Weather application.
And if I uninstall both apps,what alternatives do I have? Afc2add is easy to replace using iFile, a file explorer that allows you to access the entire system from your own device, and that also allows you to access it from your computer as long as you have your iPhone connected to the same WiFi network. Well, I had appsync installed, I eliminated it and it didn't work for me. TT some other solution!
go to cydia to manage section, select packages, in the upper right corner touch the word "simple" (it should say "expert"), locate a file called "gui-gpg-sec" uninstall it, do a respring or I restart the iPhone and try to see how it is, there you tell us how it went 🙂

But as many of you would have noticed each time you reboot your idevice your calculator / mail / safari / weather apps will start crashing again and you will have to apply the fix from scratch 🙁 Luckily there is a fix available on the iPhoneCake Repo =) It is called «Safari / Mail Fix» After installing this fix you can install AppSync for IOS 7 again and reboot your idevice infinitely many times and your calculator / mail / safari / weather apps will work perfectly. 🙂

I found this and it worked for me 1) Remove AppSync 2) Navigate to / var / mobile / Library / Caches 3) Locate com.apple.mobile.installation.plist and delete the file 4) Locate com.apple.LaunchServices-054.csstore and delete the file 5) Now Reboot your device and after restarting it, I reinstalled aapsync and everything normal as if nothing else
Deleting appsync does not work. In my case it is an iPhone 4S ios 7.0.4. The solution that is valid is to install the iphonecake tweak "Safari / Mail Fix" and this is solved and you can also install appsync from that same repository and there are no more errors. It lets you use all the applications of your idevice
