Apple names a remarkable new app each week as its »App of the Week». This week, it is Rise who takes the cake, a universal alarm clock that has made a big impact on the App Store.
Apps with an alarm clock feature kicking into the App Store, so what makes it special to be chosen App of the Week?
This app can evoke another that also impressed users of the App Store, Clear. Both have a excellent designThey look good and are controlled by little touches and swipes… What more could you ask for?
Rise has all the great things about other alarm clocks but in a simpler way. With a single finger we can adjust the time, the way we want it to be seen, the brightness, the types of alarm, etc ... Easy, fast and intuitive.
We can even create a playlist to listen to when we go to sleep and help us fall asleep, with a built-in timer so that music is not playing all night. Rise even it integrates with the "do not disturb" function of our iPhone.
The best? Is free.

I have tried it and it really is fantastic.
The only thing missing is the ability to create multiple alarms
Ahaha then it is useless, who creates an alarm only
Hahahaha it's true
Excellent ! I recommend it ... Thank you friend for the information
To me the truth is that these applications neither fu nor fa… ..the native clock seems much more complete… with countdown, timer, several alarms, snooze, I put the music that I want… .and it is not that it is so difficult to use no ???? is that we always talk about how simple ios apps are ... and when anything comes out of this it seems that the iphone is worthless, it is ugly, and difficult to use….
That is correct, that they give publicity to an App, but not to put it as the wonder, the best of the best when it does not have all the necessary functions, it is not only that it is beautiful or not
So simple, that today I fell asleep ...
Hi there! All this is very good, the graphical "interface" is very cool, but please, when will we have the availability of having an alarm but being able to turn the phone OFF! And not always depending on Apps that need the iphone on at all times.
It is a great inconvenience that I find myself with since I am an iPhone user and they have never stopped to change it. It seems to me something basic for our devices to rest during certain hours, but I see that they neither consider it, nor do users demand it, I am very surprised that something so basic is neither considered! Greetings!
The best thing about an application should not be the gratuitousness, it should be the utility. I keep sticking with the iOS one because I can configure several alarms (not just one like in this one) and obviously and as discussed here, because I don't have to leave it running for it to work.
