Apple has prepared two new activity challenges for Apple Watch users and in this case it is the one already known to all as that of Earth Day and another that surely comes to stay in time and is that of International Dance Day.
The first of the challenges that Apple has already prepared for us, we know it every year, but the new one is that of the International Dance Day. This new challenge that will arrive on April 29 will consist of performing a dance training of about 20 minutes or more from the training application of our watch. Yes, dancing one also burns calories in addition to having fun.
