Using an iPhone as a Webcam

iPhoneCam

Do you want to use your iPhone as if it were a Webcam? Well now it is possible thanks to iPhoneCam. This tool - which has been presented at Macworld - allows you to display video captured by an iPhone in real time on your Mac. Information transfer is via WiFi and as if this were not enough, it can also be used with iChat, Photo Booth and Skype.

Another incredible thing is that it does not need any type of installation or drivers. You simply have to bring your phone with iPhoneCam to a Mac and it will automatically recognize and connect with the iPhone.

The video quality is 30 frames per second and the developers plan to release the first version in a few days.
