The 7nm processors will be practically exclusive to the iPhone

And it is that it does not seem that the manufacturers of smartphones have all the necessary financial means to be able to use this type of more efficient and powerful processors in their new devices. These chips are something that Apple will have in its new iPhones Thanks to the economic potential it has and to the great work done by TSMC, the company in charge of the production of these powerful and above all efficient processors.

On the other hand we have to say that Huawei with its new Kirin 980 processors to be launched this year, they will be the only direct competitors in the manufacture and installation of these processors with 7 nanometer technology in their devices. It seems that this time Samsung will have to wait a little longer to see this technology in its flagship models, the Samsung Galaxy.

Why is it so important to improve current processors?

Today the processors used in iPhones are really spectacular but everything is moving very fast and being the first to implement new features is important. Obviously if we focus in terms of power we can think that it is not necessary to improve the chips of smartphones and in reality it may be something true, but times advance and everything becomes more demanding as the months go by (yes we are talking about months and no years) and therefore having a powerful processor can extend the life of a terminal that in a short time would notice the lack of power. But Above all, the important thing in this case is the energy efficiency that this type of 7nm processors can offer, something that is above the current ones manufactured in 10nm and that due to the high manufacturing costs can be limited for a few, at least initially.

On the other hand, it is important to note that Apple is always at the forefront of technology and within the new iPhone XS that will be presented on September 12 at Apple Park, we will see this type of processors inside manufactured by TSMC. The race to improve the processors does not stop at these 7nm models (Although it will be difficult to improve them) and therefore we will continue to see these differences between manufacturers who can afford the high manufacturing cost and those who cannot.

These FATALS also say that the Huawei also and that Samsung does not (But Samsum already presented all its high ranges).

I love my iPad and others and I defend it, but I am not pathetic….

Samsung presented all its high-end, it is true but none have 7nnm processors
